A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Moore lived and performed in the New York Metropolitan area for a number of years and now lives in Nashville.  His fluid, inventive and authentic style attest to the thoroughness of his background in Jazz, R&B and Pop music.  An accomplished composer as well as a master technician, Mr. Moore has composed a repertoire of “In the Pocket” type of original tunes.  He has recorded an album writing and arranging most of the tunes on his premier recording.

Mr. Moore has performed with numerous accomplished and highly respected musicians.  A protege of George Benson and Jimmy Ponder, he has performed with: Arthur Prysock, Peaches and Herb, Jon Faddis, Billy Drummond, Slide Hampton, T.S.   • Guitarist on the gold album soundtrack for the movie “The Best Man”
  • Played and performed in “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill”, Crossroads Theater, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
  • Played and performed in a play about the life of Nat King Cole, Albany, New York
